Request for Proposal to Conduct a Public Perception Survey

The Socio Economic Development Activity (SEDA) invites qualified Azerbaijani
companies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to submit a proposal to
conduct a survey of public perception on community participation in socio-economic
development in Aran, Guba-Khachmaz, and in a third region to be decided later.
Interested NGOs and firms that will submit a proposal should have a proven
track record in conducting high quality public perception surveys on similar
issues employing international best practices.
The deadline for application is Wednesday, January 12, 2012.

SEDA is a five year project funded by the United States Agency for International
Development (USAID), co-financed by the Government of Azerbaijan (GoAJ), and
implemented by East West Management Institute, Inc. SEDA contributes to the
socio-economic development in the regions of Azerbaijan by enhancing opportunities
for stakeholder participation at the community, local, and central level.
