Community Development Activity Request for Applications
CHF International is inviting qualified individuals to apply for employment
with the USAID-funded Community Development in Azerbaijan (CDA) program.
The goal of CDA is to build stronger communities by helping citizens, the private
sector and local government to implement joint projects that directly improve
their social and economic circumstances.
CHF International is a 50-year old, non-profit and non-governmental international
development organization that serves as a catalyst for long-lasting and positive
change in the areas of community, habitat, and finance worldwide. For more information

Launched in October 2005, the overall goal of CHF's CDA program will work with
more than 100 communities in Khachmaz, Zagatala, Gakh, Sheki, Lenkaran, Massalli
and Jalilibad to improve their decision-making abilities and initiate change.
CHF International is seeking applicants for the following positions that will
be based in Baku, but some positions will require extensive travel to the regions:
Training Officer -A senior position and requires significant experience
in community mobilization, provision of leadership and innovation in program
strategy, and development of training curricula that produce high-quality results.
-3-5 years of training experience with English skills
-5-7 years of field experience throughout Azerbaijan
