Our team of talented telecommunication professionals in Baku is expanding. We have currently responsible positions available for Engineers:

PS Core Support Engineer

We are currently looking to employ talented individual as senior service support engineer who will plan and perform technical activities to service the customer and bring expertise to customer site on need basis. In addition to this, you will plan and execute technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area and work independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes, identify and solve technical problems and share knowledge in own professional area. You will also support areas by participating in emergency and 24/7 duty.

Bachelors Degree in related Technical Subject or Equivalent work experience and good knowledge of English both spoken and written provide a firm foundation upon which to build your career with us in our multicultural environment.

This is complemented by expert-level knowledge of Unix & TCP/IP protocol suite, internetworking and IP based hardware (routers, switches, etc.). 3 Years experience in GSM/UMTS and knowledge of 2G and 3G Packet Core products (i.e. 2G/3G SGSN, GGSN and ICD: GGSN, DHCP, DNS, Flexi ISN, LIG, CNSM, TA, CA, CPM and ISC) and IMS&POC are preferred.

Your quality oriented mindset is matched by your stress tolerance, analytical and conceptual thinking, information sharing, reliability, attention to details. Experience on technical support tasks like Software Support, Help Desk Support, Emergency Support and O&M Services to Customers, according to the relevant maintenance agreements are also considered as asset.

Good communications and interpersonal skills, readiness to work in a dynamic and international environment as well as teamwork capability are also required skills beside the flexibility to travel and relocate.

CS Support Engineer

We are currently looking to employ talented individual as service support engineer who will plan and perform technical activities to service the customer independently directly or through customer interface.

In addition to this, you will plan and execute technical tasks according to given tasks, along with existing processes and instructions and also work with the responsibility of responding to customer problems directly or through internal customer interface and solve technical problems.

Bachelors Degree in related Technical Subject or Equivalent work experience and good knowledge of English both spoken and written provide a firm foundation upon which to build your career with us in our multicultural environment. This is complemented by high-level knowledge of SS7 & TCP/IP protocol suite, preferably internetworking and IP based hardware (routers, switches, etc.). 3 Years experience in GSM/UMTS and knowledge of 2G and 3G Circuit Switched Core products (i.e. MSC, HLR, MSS, MGW).

Your professional skills are expanded by your excellent ability to work in team as well as independently.
