The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for forklift.

 

See Section 3 of the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ).

 

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

 

1. SF 1449 with the total price
2. Section 1, Pricing
3. Section 5, Representations and Certifications
4. Additional information as required in Section 3

 

Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to Procurement Agent Anar Rzayev. Questions must be written in English and sent to email [email protected] no later than 5 calendar days before the solicitation deadline. Please put RFQ number 19AJ2022Q0011 in the subject line for all emails related to this RFQ. When you ask questions, please do not create new emails but continue the existing correspondence.

 

Please email your quotation only to [email protected] with a copy to [email protected]. The deadline for receipt of quotations is 11:00 AM Baku Time, on April 18, 2022.  No quotations will be accepted after this time.

 

The title of the email with your quotation must state solicitation number 19AJ2022Q0011. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in proposal disqualification.
