The U.S. Embassy Baku has a requirement for a brand new electric mid-sized SUV or sedan vehicle.

 

If your organization can provide the U.S. Embassy Baku with the required vehicle please send your email to Procurement Agent Vahid Movsumov at [email protected] on or before 18:00 Baku time on October 12, 2021. Your email must include:

 

Vehicle make and model;

Vehicle  approximate cost or price range;

Technical specifications and color;

Transportation cost if applicable;

Warranty approximate cost (if applicable);

Warranty terms and conditions;

Delivery period (number of days or months).

 

This is a Request for Information. At this point the U.S. Embassy Baku is conducting a market research to identify potential sources. The U.S. Embassy Baku intends to issue a request for quotation later.
