TITLE:  Inspection and Cleaning of Diesel Fuel Tanks at U.S. Embassy Baku, Azerbaijan.

DESCRIPTION:  The American Embassy Baku hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Inspection and Cleaning of Diesel Fuel Tanks at U.S. Embassy Baku (Chancery). The U.S Embassy Baku intends to issue a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the project. The Contractor is solely responsible for providing services necessary to meet the requirements of this contract. The Contractor shall complete the project in accordance with the technical requirements which will be provided with the solicitation. A site visit will be held at the site in August 2021. The exact date will be announced later.  Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to the attention of Procurement Agent Anar Rzayev at e-mail address [email protected] no later than August 13, 2021 using the solicitation number 19AJ2021Q0023 in the subject line. Please do not telephone. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the Name of Firm, Name, Telephone and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of the company. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures.

The Government plans to award the contract in September 2021.
