Subject: Request for Quotations Number 19AJ2020Q0009 Preventive Maintenance Services for Building Generators

 

Dear Quoter,

 

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for preventive maintenance services for building generators.  If you would like to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the email addresses noted in this cover letter and shown on Standard Form 1449 that follows the letter.

 

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

 

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

SF-1449 (blocks 17, 24 and 30).  Block 24 should list the total value of the quote for the base year

and all the option years;

Section 1, The Schedule;

Section 5, Representations and Certifications;

Additional Information as required in Section 3.

 

The Embassy will conduct a site visit on March 3, 2020 at 14:00 (2:00PM).  The location is U.S. Embassy Baku, 111 Azadliq ave.  All prospective offerors who have received the solicitation package are invited to attend.

 

Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to Procurement Agent Anar Rzayev.  Questions must be written in English and sent to email [email protected].  Please put RFQ number 19AJ2020Q0009 in the subject line for all emails related to this RFQ.  When you ask questions, please do not create new emails but continue the existing correspondence.

 

Please email your quotation only to [email protected] with a copy to [email protected].  The deadline for receipt of quotations is 6:00PM (18:00), on March 13, 2020.  No quotations will be accepted after this time.

 

The title of the email with your quotation must state solicitation number 19AJ2020Q0009. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in proposal disqualification.

 

Please do not compress your quotations using ZIP, RAR or any other software. Also do not send video files, the U.S. Embassy servers will not accept these files.
