SOLICITATION NOTICE

Solicitation No.:  19AJ2019Q0031

The U.S. Embassy Baku invites companies to take part in tender “for providing of different metal sheets, instruments and paints”. At a minimum, each prospective contractor must meet the following requirements:

• Have necessary financial resources available to provide the goods;
• Be able to demonstrate prior relevant experience with suitable references;
• Be registered at the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan;
• Award will be made to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price and feedback from technical evaluation panel. 
• The offeror /quoter can provide the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources needed to perform the work.
• The U.S. Embassy intends to award the contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions if there is a need to do so.
• Invoice Payment:  Payment will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR32.9 “Prompt Payment” within 30 calendar days after services provision and receiving of the proper invoice(s).
• This Request for Quotation (RFQ) does not commit the U.S. Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it.

The deadline for quoting is 10:00 am August 26, 2019.
