The US Embassy Baku is looking for companies capable of providing the U.S. Embassy with:

 

• Cleaning services;
• Maintenance supplies and parts such as cement, wood, wires, cables etc.;
• Repair services and parts for motor vehicles;
• Furniture manufacturing and repair;
• Plants and live flowers;
• Office and cleaning supplies such as paper, pens, notepads etc.;
• Maintenance and repair of office equipment and parts;
• Printing services and promotional goods;
• Translation services;
• Household appliances and equipment such as refrigerators, washers, dryers etc.;
• Language testing;
• Crane rental services;
• Paintball supplies and parts;
• Window blinds and shades;
• Car batteries.

 

At a minimum, each prospective contractor must meet the following requirements:

 

• Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources to provide goods and services as requested;
• Be able to demonstrate prior relevant experience with suitable references;
• Be registered at the Ministry of Taxation of Azerbaijan;
• Be willing to wait 30 calendar days for payment via Electronic Funds Transfer.
