PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE

Solicitation No.:  19AJ2019R0009

 

The American Embassy Baku hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:

 

Various Construction Projects at the Embassy Chancery and Embassy Warehouse. The list of projects is below:

 

• Renovating bathroom and making new compound emergency sanctuary at Warehouse;
• Building new compound emergency sanctuary next to Motor Pool office at Chancery;
• Renovation of damaged rear wall at Warehouse;
• Removing sand from fuel tank area at Chancery;
• Digging out ramp behind Motor Pool at Chancery;
• Renovation of custodians locker area at Chancery.

 

The U.S Embassy Baku intends to issue a single Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for all the projects.

 

The Contractor is solely responsible for providing construction services necessary to meet the requirements of this contract.

 

The Contractor shall complete the projects in accordance with the technical requirements which will be provided with the solicitation.

 

A site visit will be held at the American Embassy Baku Chancery and Warehouse in early August 2019. The exact date will be announced later.  Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to the attention of Procurement Agent Anar Rzayev at e-mail address [email protected] no later than July 31, 2019 using the solicitation number 19AJ2019R0009 in the subject line. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the Name of Firm, Name, Telephone and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of the company. 

 

Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures.
