The U.S. Embassy Baku invites you to take in an interior designer project. The statement of work and requirements are below:  

 

Statement of Work:

 

Interior Designer will visit the U.S. Embassy Office at Landmark 1 to take measurements;

Interior Designer must prepare 2D floor plans with office furniture (with sizes of each piece of furniture);

After 2D drawings are approved the Interior Designer must prepare 3D drawings that would show recommended furniture styles and colors;

Refresh of the suite common areas;

Assessing existing conditions, including measurement of space;

Furniture recommendations – including styles, fabrics, colors and finishes;

Providing at least 3 options for a remodel.

 

 Requirements for the Interior Designer:

 

A Bachelor Degree in Architecture and/or Interior Design;

English Reading/Writing ability;

At least 3 years of experience in office design;

Interior designers must have examples of his/her work, drawings and photos as well as a list of prior clients.

 

An organized site visit will be held on April 25, at 11:00 am at Landmark building  1, 6th floor, 96 Nizami str. In order to take part in the site visit, prospective quoters should arrange access to the premises by e-mailing the names of the visitors and contact phone numbers to my e-mail address ([email protected]) no later than 15:00 on April 24, 2019. No one will be allowed to enter the premises without prior notification and approval.
