Please find attached request for proposal of Monthly Preventive Maintenance Service for Building Generators at the Chancery. See file 19AJ2019Q0011.pdf.

An organized site visit will be held on March 28, at 11:00 am at the U.S. Embassy Baku, 111 Azadliq ave. In order to take part in the site visit, prospective quoters should arrange access to the premises by e-mailing the names of the visitors and contact phone numbers to my e-mail address ([email protected]) no later than 15:00 on March 27, 2019. No one will be allowed to enter the premises without prior notification and approval.
