Dear Prospective Contactor,

 

The U.S. Embassy Baku has a requirement for 1 (one) Cargo Trailer with same or higher technical specification (https://www.gsaadvantage.gov/advantage/catalog/product_detail.do?gsin=11000063220576 ). SF1449 form with cargo trailer specification and Federal Acquisition Regulations Clauses are attached:

 

The cargo trailer must be brand new;

 

The warranty 12 months;

 

The delivery point is CIF Baku;

 

The U.S. Embassy Baku may cancel the RFQ or any part of it;

 

You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote;

 

The U.S. Embassy Baku reserves the right to reject quotes that are unreasonably low or high in price;

 

The U.S. Embassy Baku intends to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so;

 

Please email your quotation(s) only to [email protected] on or before 17:00 Baku time, November 23, 2018. No proposal will be accepted after this time.  The title of the email with your proposal must state the solicitation number (19AJ2019Q0004). Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in your proposal disqualification. The quotation must include:

 

• Cargo Trailer cost
• Technical specification
• Transportation cost if applicable;
• Cargo Trailer delivery period (number of days or months).
