The U.S. Embassy Baku is looking for companies or self-employed Interior Designers to complete a design project for residences. Please see below the requirements and Statement of Work.

 

Requirements for the Interior Designer:

 

A Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or Architectural Engineering;

English Reading/Writing ability;

At least 3 years of experience in residential design;

Interior designers must have examples of his/her work, drawings and photos as well as a list of prior clients;

Interior designer’s prior work must exhibit an ability to work with Western traditional and contemporary design;

Interior designer or company must have registered business and be able to receive payment via bank transfer.

 

Statement of Work:

 

Interior Designer will receive drawings (floor plans) of 4 residences: 2 apartments and 2 houses and electronic furniture catalogs from the U.S. Embassy Baku;

Interior Designer will visit the residences;

Interior Designer must assess the information, and prepare 2D drawings (floor plans with furniture) that would show recommended furniture styles, colors and amounts for 4 properties.
