For your convenience, I also attached the RFQ in WinWord file as well as separate files with the Statement of Work. I highlighted the most important parts with yellow. Besides the text in yellow SOW and drawings are also very important. But, I would strongly recommend you to read the whole RFP.
An organized site visit will be held on September 13, 2018, at 11:00 am at the U.S. Embassy Baku, 111 Azadlig Ave. In order to take part in the site visit, prospective quoters should arrange access to the premises by e-mailing the names of the visitors and contact phone numbers to my e-mail address([email protected]) no later than 15:00 on September 12, 2018. No one will be allowed to enter the premises without prior notification and approval.
FYI – we will request two types of insurance for this project. Please see below detailed information:
DBA INSURANCE:
Due to the new regulation of State Department the Offer or shall include Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance premium costs covering employees. The offeror may obtain DBA insurance directly from any Department of Labor approved providers at the DOL website at http://www.dol.gov/owcp/dlhwc/lscarrier.htm
You can use any DOL approved company from this list.
Some of other companies usually ask where they can find Russian speaker companies. However we are not encouraging your company to purchase insurance from this company. You can purchase from any DOL approved company.

General Liability:
Please be informed that estimate cost for General Liability (bodily injury as well as property damage) can be obtain from any local insurance companies. The estimate cost for Genera Liability should be included in your quotation as well as DBA insurance.
The company who will be awarded for this project should provide the certificate for General Liability.
