The American Embassy Baku hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of issuance of a solicitation for:

RENOVATION OF THE CLO OFFICE AND INSTALLATION PLASTIC FRAMES AT THE EMBASSY

The U.S Embassy Baku intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract.

The Contractor is solely responsible for providing construction services necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established schedules.

The Contractor shall construct the project in accordance with the technical requirements which will be provided with the solicitation.

A site visit will be held at the American Embassy Baku at the middle of September. The exact date will be announced later. Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to the attention of Mr. Anar Rzayev at e-mail address [email protected] no later than September 10, 2018 using the solicitation number 19AJ2018Q0062 in the subject line. DO NOT TELEPHONE. 

All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the Name of Firm, Name, Telephone and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of the company.

Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures.
