SOLICITATION NOTICE

For Solicitation No.:  19AJ2018Q0043

The American Embassy Baku hereby provides the following Solicitation Notice in respect of issuance of a solicitation for:

Hotel accommodation for two guests for 11 Aug - 15 Dec 2018.

Requirement: Two one-bedroom apartments, with a kitchenette and a washing machine.

The U.S Embassy Baku intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.

You are encouraged to make your quotations competitive. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote; 

The U.S. Embassy Baku reserves the right to reject quotes that are unreasonably low or high in price; 

The U.S. Embassy Baku can cancel this RFQ or any part of it; 

The U.S. Embassy Baku intends to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

 

Payment will be provided within 30 calendar days after receiving of the proper invoice.

 

If you are interested in the project, please quote ONLY to [email protected] on or before 11:00 am Eastern, July 27, 2018. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Sending your quote to any other email address associated with U.S. Embassy may result in your quotation disqualification.
