PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE

For Solicitation No.:  19AJ2018Q0041

 

The American Embassy Baku hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of issuance of a solicitation for:

 

Replacement of Roof at Chief of Mission Residence

 

The U.S Embassy Baku intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract.

 

The Contractor is solely responsible for providing construction services necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established schedules.

 

The Contractor shall complete the project in accordance with the technical requirements which will be provided with the solicitation.

 

A site visit will be held in mid-July. The exact date will be announced later.  Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to attention of Mr. Anar Rzayev at e-mail address [email protected] no later than July 3, 2018 using the solicitation number 19AJ2018Q0038 in the subject line. DO NOT TELEPHONE.

All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the Name of Firm, Name, Telephone and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of the company.

 

Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures.
