The Embassy of The United States of America in Baku, Azerbaijan invites you to submit a quotation in AZN with total price, excluding VAT for collecting household rubbish two times a week, Tuesday and Friday, during a year from the residences listed below:  

 

1. Ali-zade kuc. Ev 110 (Ganjlik), Household bin, 2 times a week
2. Geraybeyli kuc. Ev 5 (Ganjlik), Household bin, 2 times a week
3. Rasim Muhtarov kuc. Ev 13 (Ganjlik), 4 Household bins, 2 times a week

 

 

Please provide a quote separately for each of the residences per month, with indication of the total price per year;

 

Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quoter. The U.S. Embassy Baku reserves the right to reject quotes that are unreasonably low or high in price;

 

Invoice Payment:  Payment will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR32.9 “Prompt Payment” within 30 calendar days after receiving of the proper invoice(s) and service provision.

 

The U.S. Embassy Baku intends to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so;

The trash must be taken to the location approved by the City Authorities
