The U.S. Embassy Baku has a need for Real Estate Agent’s service. The statement of work is attached.

 
You are encouraged to make your quotations competitive. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quoter;

 

Your quote must have the total firm fixed price and your usual commission based percentage. The U.S. Embassy will pay only the firm fixed amount after full acceptance of the service. No additional commission will be paid. The commission based percentage is required for evaluation purposes only.

The U.S. Embassy Baku reserves the right to reject quotes that are unreasonably low or high in price;

The U.S. Embassy Baku can cancel this RFQ or any part of it; 

The U.S. Embassy Baku intends to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

 

Payment will be provided within 30 calendar days after receipt of the proper invoice(s).
