Dear Prospective Contactor,
The U.S. Embassy Baku has a requirement for 1 (one) mid-size four-wheel drive vehicle. The vehicle specifications are below:
∙ Make: Toyota;
∙ Model: Toyota LandCruiser Prado;
∙ Engine: 3.0 Turbo Diesel or 4.0 Petrol;
∙ Emission requirement: Euro 4;
∙ Color: Black (or grey if black is not available) the last option is silver;
∙ Option: Business, only leather interior.
The vehicle must be brand new;
The delivery point is CIF Baku;
The U.S. Embassy Baku may cancel the RFQ or any part of it;
You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote;
The U.S. Embassy Baku reserves the right to reject quotes that are unreasonably low or high in price;
The U.S. Embassy Baku intends to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so;
Please email your quotation(s) to [email protected] on or before 18:00 Baku time, September 4, 2017. The quotation must include:
∙ Vehicle cost;
∙ Transportation cost if applicable;
∙ Warranty cost and warranty terms and conditions if applicable;
∙ Vehicle delivery period (number of days or months).
If you are able to provide vehicles without warranty, please proved separate quotes. Quotes for vehicles without warranty must include:
∙ Vehicle cost;
∙ Transportation cost if applicable;
∙ Vehicle delivery period (number of days or months).
Please put Request for Quotation (RFQ) number SAJ20017Q0011 in the subject line for all correspondence related to the RFQ.
