The U.S. Embassy Baku is looking for companies capable to provide and install AC Split units at the Embassy compound. At a minimum, each prospective contractor must meet the following requirements:

 

• Have necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work;
• Be able to demonstrate prior relevant experience with suitable references;
• Have registered business in Azerbaijan;

Companies interested in bidding may obtain a request for quotation package that includes a statement of work from Anar Rzayev ([email protected]).

The deadline for quoting is 18:00 on August 15, 2017. Site visit will be conducted at U.S. Embassy Baku located in 111 Azadliq ave 11:00 a.m., August 3rd, 2017.
