Assignment Title: Consultancy Services for Preparation of 4 TORs Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): AZ-MLSPP-183489-CS-INDV The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Employment Support Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include together with the Project İmplementation Unit (PİU), prepare the terms of references for the development of various training modules, labor market assessment and preparation of VTC strategy, communication and outreach program, relevant surveys, mobile applications, development of software, hiring of business integration experts and mentors. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population / Employment Support Project now invites eligible Experts (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Experts must provide Curriculum Vitae’s. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Section VII, paragraphs, 7.34-7.37 Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants method set out in the Procurement Regulations. Ətraflı Texniki Tapşırıq ilə aşağıdakı linkdən tanış olmaq olar: Əmək və Əhalinin Sosial Müdafiəsi Nazirliyi / Məşğulluğa Dəstək Layihəsi, uyğun mütəxəssisləri ("Məsləhətçi") xidmət göstərməkdə maraqlı olduqlarını bildirmək üçün dəvət edir. Maraqlanan mütəxəssislər öz CV formalarını təqdim etməlidirlər. Maraqlı olan Məsləhətçilərin diqqəti Dünya Bankının, 2017-ci il noyabr və 2018-ci il avqust aylarında yenidən baxılmış ("Satınalma Qaydaları"), İyul 2016-cı il tarixli “İLM üzrə Borcalanlar üçün Satınalma Qaydaları” sənədinin Bölmə III, 3.14, 3.16 və 3.17-ci bəndlərinə yönəldilir ki, bu da Dünya Bankının maraqların toqquşmasına dair siyasətini təyin edir. Məsləhətçilərin seçim prossesi, Satınalma Qaydaları sənədinin Bölmə VII, 7.34-7.37-ci bəndlərinə uyğun olaraq Fərdi Məsləhətçilərin Açıq Rəqabətli Seçimi metoduna uyğun olaraq seçiləcəkdir. Əlavə məlumatı iş saatı ərzində (Bazar ertəsi-cümə günləri saat 09:00-dan 18:00-a kimi) aşağıda göstərilən ünvandan əldə etmək olar.
