Qualifications and skills

At least a minimum level of education of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering subject or economics. At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis for technical projects similar to this assignment, including analysis for at least one ITS or RUC project with cost-benefit analysis and options comparison.

Fluent in Azerbaijani and English.
