Qualifications and skills

At least a minimum level of education of a bachelor’s degree in law. At least 5 years of experience in the analysis of legal matters associated with road transport, vehicle legislation and other legislation relevant to this assignment in Azerbaijan.

Fluent in Azerbaijani and English.
