Qualifications and skills

At least a minimum level of education of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering subject. At least 5 years of experience in the field of overweight vehicle and axle control, including the development of at least one national or regional or city strategy for overweight vehicle control. Experience must include at least one project for the application of high-speed WIM, including either specification of technical requirements or supervision of system and sensor installation.

Fluent in Azerbaijani and English.
