Vacancy: Road User Charging (RUC) Specialist

 

Qualifications and skills

At least a minimum level of education of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or economics subject. At least 10 years of experience in the field of RUC, including the development of at least one national RUC strategy and involvement in at least one free-flow RUC implementation project (this does not include electronic toll collection at toll plazas).

Fluent in Azerbaijani and English.
