Qualifications and skills

At least a minimum level of education of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering subject. At least 5 years of experience in a senior role within the Client organisation or similar institution in Azerbaijan. Detailed understanding of the Client’s structure and leadership, knowledge of other relevant institutions in Azerbaijan, ability to communicate at all levels with Government institutions, and strong relationship building capability.

Fluent in Azerbaijani and English.
