Qualifications and skills

At least a minimum level of education of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering subject. At least 10 years of experience in managing ITS projects including at least one project for the development of a national or regional ITS strategy or a RUC feasibility study of similar scope to this assignment. The expert must be certified in PRINCE2 or equivalent project management methodology or be able to demonstrate equivalent competence in project management.

Fluent in Azerbaijani and English.
