Qualifications and skills

 

• At least university degree in law, justice or other field, relevant for the assignment;
• An expert with qualification and experience to review relevant to ICT sector laws and regulations;
• At least five years’ experience laws and regulations activities for public sector institutions
• Solid understanding of ongoing reforms in the justice sector;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages;
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
