Vacancies: Communication Expert

 

Qualifications and skills 

 

• • At least university degree in journalism, media management, communication or other field, relevant for the assignment;
• • At least ten years of experience in developing and leading complex strategic outreach campaigns 
• • At least five years’ experience in design of information, communication and outreach activities for public sector institutions
• • Solid understanding of ongoing reforms in the justice sector; 
• • Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian, English or Turkish languages; 
• • Excellent report writing and communication skills. 

 

The Communication Expert will lead and oversee the development of the outputs; she/he will be responsible for the quality of services provided by other team members, the timely and quality provision of reports as well as the undertaking of the project progress meetings. She/he will be the focal point for all activities, will coordinate all outputs, and guarantees the consistency in messages delivered. . He/she will guarantee the smooth cooperation with customer.
