Qualifications and skills 

 

• • University degree in communication, journalism, education or other relevant to the assignment.
• • At least eight years of experience in performing the similar activities and developing online trainings and tutorials for broad public and professionals in the area of enforcement/execution of judicial decisions; 
• • At least five years of experience in of working in a position of advising public institutions in the development of online training materials or strategies; 
• • Fluency in written and spoken English. 

 

Expert will lead the activities aiming at producing the online courses and the tutorial.
