Vacancy: Civil Engineer ( 2 national expert,  10 person-month for each)

Requirements:

• not less than 8 years of experience in the design and preparation of building or small-scale civil engineering works;
• theoretical and practical knowledge of local design and construction standards;
• experience in implementation and supervising of construction;
• university education in relevant field;
• excellent communication skills;
• fluency in Azerbaijani and working knowledge of English and experience with IFI finance projects are advantages.
