Vacancy: Business Development Specialist ( 2 national expert,  20 person-month for each)

Requirements:

• not less than 8 years of specific experience in the field of small and medium-size business development schemes;
• knowledge of common and gender - specific challenges of micro-businesses;
• working knowledge in applying data collection methods (public surveys, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions) and data analysis;
• sound experience in delivering business advisory services and training on business-related issues; having teamwork skills;
• excellent communication skills; university education;
• fluency in Azerbaijani;
• gender-related work experience is an advantage.
