Vacancy: Team Leader (national, 35 person-month)

Requirements:

• not less than 10 years of specific experience, including work with communities; 
• experience in community mobilization and community work;
• organization and conducting of focus group discussions and community meetings;
• good understanding of small business development;
• experience in training and advisory delivery approaches;
• extensive experience in management and staff coordination;
• proficiency in the field of data analysis and advanced report writing skill;
• excellent communication skills;
• university education in relevant field;
• fluency in Azerbaijani and proficiency in English;
• experience in IFI financed projects;
• Gender-related work experience is an advantage.
