Requirements:

• A university degree or equivalent in economy, energy, or another relevant discipline;
• At least 7 years of work experience in areas of economist for projects financed by international development partners, preferably international development banks, government;
• Experience with market analysis in the energy sector and/or electricity trade in a monopolistic market environment.
• Experience in Azerbaijan
