Food technology specialists (6 expert) 

(2 per each of project rayon: Gakh, Zagatala, and Balakan)

• Academic degree (B.Sc. as the minimum requirement) in food technology / food processing is required; 
• Experience: minimum five (5) years in the following sectors: nuts processing and confectionery; persimmon processing and fruit dehydration; beekeeping and bee products; meat processing. Knowledge of food safety standards; 
• Objective of the assignment: Make regular visits to project beneficiary processing areas to provide practical consultation on food processing requirements, food quality and safety management; develop database of food products produced by beneficiary processors; provide practical assistance in refining existing and developing new recipes; provide hands-on training on food making; provide coaching to food processors; develop food technology manual for beneficiaries; develop local food technology manual.
