Requirements:

Experienced monitoring and evaluation expert with minimum of a master’s degree in a M&E with at least 10 years of experience in the area of M&E related capacity building and experience in delivering training on M&E and data analysis; Experience on training of M&E procedures and developing training materials and curricula for training of SEA staff.
