Requirements:

Experienced GRM( Grievance Redressal Mechanism ) expert in developing and maintaining GRM procedures in Azerbaijan  with at least 10 years of experience in the relevant field; Experience on training  GRM procedures and developing applicable training materials for training of SEA staff.
