Vacancy: Agriculture Economist (national)

Requirements:

• A university degree or above in economics, agriculture or other related fields;
• At least 10 years of work experience in undertaking economic analysis, preferably within the capacity building of the public institutions and relevant stakeholders on agriculture, territorial and horticultural sector development, agri- food value chain development;
• Previous experience with EU/EC, ADB and/or World Bank projects on economic assessment is desirable;
• The economist will also have experience in cost estimates and financial analysis;
• Fluency in oral and written English (at least level 2 on scale of 1 (excellent) to 5 (basic);
• Knowledge of Russian, Turkish or Azerbaijani would be an asset.
