The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is an impartial, neutral and independent organization whose exclusively humanitarian mission is to protect the lives and dignity of victims of war and internal violence and to provide them with assistance. It directs and coordinates the international relief activities conducted by the Movement in situations of conflict. It also endeavours to prevent suffering by promoting and strengthening humanitarian law and universal humanitarian principles. Established in 1863, the ICRC is at the origin of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
The ICRC Delegation in Azerbaijan is seeking candidate, male or female, for the position of:

Welcome Officer & Cashier

RESPONSIBILITIES

" Plans and organises travel documents (visa request / flight tickets) according to travel requests.
" Plans and organises pick up - drop off by taxi according to ETA/ETD of people, as well as accommodations (residence / hotel etc.)
" Updates lists, white board, DB with the movements
" Ensures the information flow on travel plans to the concerned entities/persons
" Does payments in cash (various currencies) against validated invoices and signed vouchers
" Strictly applies financial and payment procedures
" Files documents and keeps the cash statement up to date
" Reports of any irregularities immediately
" Executes financial analysis and statistics
" Ensures respect of financial procedures and guidelines

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

" Secondary school level or technical college
" 2 years work experience in a similar field of activity
" Good knowledge of spoken and written Azeri, English and Russian
" Good computer knowledge
" Capacity to adhere to and to implement procedures
" Good communication skills
" Rigor, method and analytical skills
