Organization: International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC)
Position: Field Officer for the Physical Rehabilitation Unit.

The ICRC is an impartial, neutral and independent organization whose mandate is to provide protection and assistance for victims of armed conflict and internal disturbances.

The ICRC supports the Physical Rehabilitation Programme (PRP) of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population (MoLaSPP) in Azerbaijan since 1994.
The ICRC endeavored to ensure that amputees and other disabled people had access to quality rehabilitation services, the ICRC pursued discussions on the functioning of the physical rehabilitation system based on a joint evaluation.
The ICRC Baku delegation is seeking for a candidate to fill a position of Field Officer for the Physical Rehabilitation Unit at 80% occupation rate.

Specific qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

" University degree.
" Medical background required.
" Excellent organizational and communication skills.
" Excellent in spoken and written English, Azeri and Russian.
" Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
" Driving license.

Previous work experience in the humanitarian organization is an asset.
